We are in a time where workplace flexibility is one of the essential factors for attracting new employees. How can we create sustainable workplaces that are inclusive and contribute to well-being and job satisfaction?

It's not just about functionality

It's not just about functionality but also significantly about how a company caters to the diverse needs of its employees. Employees seek flexible environments that are inviting and ensure their well-being, job satisfaction, and overall welfare.

We help you to consider many aspects in your workplace, and adjust the space to the needs:

We would like to help you find the balance by zooming in on your specific company, asking the right questions, evaluating your current premises, and providing relevant suggestions — from small changes that can make a big difference to major transformations.

Karina van der Leeden

Interior designer with many years of experience in designing and styling offices, lounge areas, common spaces, co-working spaces, showrooms, and more. She manages the entire process from concept to execution, based on your preferences and needs.

"Karina walked through the premises with us, listened to our needs and desires for the design, and provided ideas along the way. Ideas we hadn't thought of ourselves, including considerations for lighting, workspace flexibility, multi-functionality of the rooms, and aesthetics to make everything functional and pleasant to be in. We are very pleased with the final result, which undoubtedly wouldn't have been the same bright, friendly, functional, and welcoming office without Karina's assistance."

Aga Jacobs

Architect and owner of SQUARELY Copenhagen. Aga is a certified DGNB auditor, and brings in-depth expertise in the creation of green work environments that prioritize healthy indoor climates. Her design philosophy focuses on plants and sustainable materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also support well-being and sustainability.

"We are incredibly pleased with the result. It has been the best decision in this entire relocation process."
