Shipping Information

Delivery in DK is fulfilled by one of our logistic partners: GLS/ Post Nord or Coolrunner. In period we deliver directly ourselves to our customers in Copenhagen 

Our average delivery times:

- Standard delivery in Denmark: 4-6 working days (Mon-Sat)
- Standard delivery in EU: 4-10 working days (Mon-Sat)

Due to the Corona lock-downs and impacted logistics, in some instances, the shipping can be prolonged to 5-10 working days. If this is the case, you will be informed about this in advance

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.

 

Shipping for gifts. 

If you would like to make a gift to someone and ship the product directly to your close one, please mention the best delivery date in the comment. We will do our best to meet this requirement. 

 

Damaged packaging/ product at the delivery:

If you experienced that the product arrived damaged, you need to report it in 5 days after receiving the product:

Please forward us the pictures of:

- packaging, 

- product, 

- the label of the shipping company  

 

Returns and exchange policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-days free return and exchange service in Denmark. 

The products purchased with the discount codes can be returned within 14 days with the shipping provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

For countries outside Denmark, we offer as well 14 days return. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ship the products, unless otherwise agreed. With the exception of faulty goods, all items must be returned to us unused, with their original, undamaged packaging.

If you wish to return the product, please notify us by email in advance.

 

Payment:

We accept the following payment methods: cash in advance, credit card: Visa,  Visa Dankort, Mobile Pay Master Card, American Express, payment on account.

If you would like to use Visa Dankort or Mobile Pay, please use the Reepay payment method while checking out.

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.

 

The right for revocation:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The period of revocation is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (but who is not the carrier), took possession of the last item of merchandise.

In order to exercise your right of revocation you must notify us of your decision to revoke the contract by sending us an unequivocal declaration. This can be done as follows:

Refunds:  

Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. For payments on account and advance payment by fundstransfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to your credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account. 

 

Product guarantee:

We guarantee the durability of the wood for five years.  

That excludes:

- the surface and any mechanical damages or changes, small scratches and breaks on the wood, 

- slight bending of the wood, mechanical damage to the plastic container.
